Terms and Conditions for Cathay Members
The following promotional offers are provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail") for Cathay members (each a “Member”, together the “Members”). The terms and conditions applicable to these offers are as follows.
1. Campaign Period
1.1. These promotional offers are valid during the following periods:
- Double Asia Miles Offer 1: 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (“Period 1”).
- Double Asia Miles Offer 2: 1 February 2026 to 8 March 2026 (“Period 2”)
(together the “Campaign Periods” and each a “Campaign Period”).
2. Participating Villages
2.1. These promotional offers may be redeemed once per Member at the following Villages in The Bicester Collection:
- Double Asia Miles Offer 1 is available at Bicester Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village, and La Vallee Village (together, the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).
- Double Asia Miles Offer 2 is available at La Roca Village.
3. Double Asia Miles Offer 1
3.1. During Period 1, a Member who presents:
3.1.1. proof of their Cathay membership; and
3.1.2. their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) purchased by the Member (“Qualifying Purchases”) at a Participating Village, is entitled to receive 2.5 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent (instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1 spent) (“Double Asia Miles Offer 1”).
3.2. Double Asia Miles Offer 1 is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.2 below.
4. Double Asia Miles Offer 2
4.1. During Period 2, a Member who presents:
4.1.1. proof of their Cathay membership; and
4.1.2. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at La Roca Village, is entitled to receive 2.5 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent (instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1 spent) (“Double Asia Miles Offer 2”).
4.2. Double Asia Miles Offer 2 is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.2 below.
5. General Terms
5.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process personal data (which may include names, membership numbers (or partial numbers), transactional spend, location of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile number, and other contact details as required by Value Retail, its partners or participating boutiques) in order to (i) facilitate the redemption of these offers and (ii) for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages and La Roca Village to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 5.2 below). 5.2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Miles/Points. Where a Member has applied for Miles/Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages and La Roca Village during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles/Points is equal to or exceeds £/€30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then no further Miles/Points will be awarded to that Member for the remainder of that calendar year.
5.3. Value Retail reserves the right to decline any Asia Miles claim or redemption of Benefits in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
5.4. These promotional offers are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient of the promotional email. The promotional email may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed.
5.5. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or special offers, except for The Bicester Collection “Private Sale” event. Receipts used for these offers cannot be reused for other loyalty programme claims.
5.6. The benefits provided by these promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.7. Value Retail reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any or all of these promotional offers at any time.
5.8. Value Retail accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by any Member arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these offers, or from the Member’s failure or inability to take advantage of them.
