Terms and Conditions for Cathay Members

The following promotional offers are provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail") for Cathay members (each a “Member”, together the “Members”). The terms and conditions applicable to these offers are as follows.

1. Campaign Period

1.1. These promotional offers are valid during the following periods:

• Triple Asia Miles Offer 1: June 16 to August 31, 2025

• Triple Asia Miles Offer 2: August 3 to October 31, 2025

• Double Asia Miles Offer: July 1 to August 31, 2025

(together the “Campaign Periods” and each a “Campaign Period”).

2. Participating Villages

2.1. These promotional offers may be redeemed once per Member at the following Villages in The Bicester Collection:

• Triple Asia Miles Offer 1 is available at Ingolstadt Village

• Triple Asia Miles Offer 2 is available at Maasmechelen Village

• The Double Asia Miles Offer is available at: Bicester Village in London, Ingolstadt Village in Munich, Wertheim Village in Frankfurt, La Roca Village in Barcelona, Las Rozas Village in Madrid, Kildare Village in Dublin, Fidenza Village Milan, Maasmechelen Village in Brussels, and La Vallée Village in Paris (together, the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).

3. Triple Asia Miles Offer 1

3.1. During the Campaign Period for Triple Asia Miles Offer 1 (“Period 1”), a Member who presents: 3.1.1. proof of their Cathay membership; and 3.1.2. their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) purchased by the Member (“Qualifying Purchases”) at Ingolstadt Village, is entitled to receive 3.75 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent up to a maximum of £/€5,000 per calendar month during Period 1(instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1 spent) (“Triple Asia Miles Offer 1”).

4. Triple Asia Miles Offer 2

4.1. During the Campaign Period for Triple Asia Miles Offer 2 (“Period 2”), a Member who presents:

4.1.1. proof of their Cathay membership; and 4.1.2. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at Maasmechelen Village, is entitled to receive 3.75 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent up to a maximum of £/€5,000 per calendar month during Period 2 (instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1 spent) (“Triple Asia Miles Offer 2”).

4. Double Asia Miles Offer

4.1. During the Campaign Period for the Double Asia Miles Offer (“Period 3”), a Member who presents:

4.1.1. proof of their Cathay membership; and 4.1.2. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at a Participating Village, is entitled to receive 2.5 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent up to a maximum of £/€5,000 per calendar month during Period 3 (instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1 spent) (“Double Asia Miles Offer”).

4.2. Members who are eligible to redeem either Triple Asia Miles Offer 1 at Ingolstadt Village or Triple Asia Miles Offer 2 at Maasmechelen Village shall not be entitled to redeem the Double Asia Miles Offer.

4.4. Claims under each of the Offers in this promotion can only be made: 4.4.1. at the Guest Concierge in Ingolstadt Village (in respect of Triple Asia Miles Offer 1), in Maasmechelen Village (in respect of Triple Asia Miles Offer 2), or the relevant Participating Village (in the case of the Double Asia Miles Offer) on the date the relevant Qualifying Purchases are made; or 4.4.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases at the relevant Participating Village by following the procedure detail at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs

4.5. No retrospective Asia Miles claims will be accepted except as set out in clause 4.4.2 above.

5. Additional Benefits

5.1. In addition to Triple Asia Miles Offer 1, Triple Asia Miles Offer 2, and the Double Asia Miles Offer (together, the “Offers”), each Member is also entitled to the following additional benefits (the “Benefits”):

  • Ingolstadt Village (available from June 16, 2025 – February 28, 2026)
  • EVIP Card (for 10% discount)
  • Free Shopping Express booking
  • Hands-free Shopping Service
  • VIP Lounge (access to the Apartment) (Business class passengers only. Subject to availability.)

6. General Terms

6.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process personal data (which may include names, membership numbers (or partial numbers), transactional spend, location of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile number, and other contact details as required by Value Retail, its partners or participating boutiques) in order to facilitate the redemption of these offers. 6.2. Value Retail reserves the right to decline any Asia Miles claim or redemption of Benefits in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

6.3. These promotional offers are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient of the promotional email. The promotional email may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed.

6.4. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or special offers, except for The Bicester Collection “Private Sale” event. Receipts used for these offers cannot be reused for other loyalty programme claims.

6.5. The benefits provided by these promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.6. Value Retail reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any or all of these promotional offers at any time.

6.7. Value Retail accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by any Member arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these offers, or from the Member’s failure or inability to take advantage of them.
