How to claim your offer

1. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

2. To receive your refreshment voucher, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village. Offer only available at Fidenza Village, Ingolstadt Village, Kildare Village, La Vallée Village and Wertheim Village.
   

3. To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass and ticket booking confirmation or boarding pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.

4. To book your access to the private suite, email the Village you plan to visit at least 72 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below and include an image of your ticket booking confirmation or boarding pass.
   

5. To book a private transfer, email the relevant Village at least seven days in advance of your visit using the Guest Services email addresses below and include your name, contact number, ticket number and Fortune Wings Club Platinum card number. Offer only available at Fidenza Village, Ingolstadt Village, Kildare Village, La Vallée Village and Wertheim Village.
   

6. To book your personal shopping appointment at Bicester Village, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.
