From 29 July to 25 August, we invite you to #UnlockHerFuture with the DO GOOD pop-up at Bicester Village. For the fourth year in a row, the DO GOOD with Bicester Village boutique is opening its doors to support its charity partner, Smart Works.
Our charity partner, Smart Works
Since 2013, Smart Works has provided women with the clothing, coaching and confidence they need to succeed at interviews and get the job.
At the heart of Smart Works sits a dressing and coaching service designed to help women be the best version of themselves at a crucial moment in their lives. After visiting Smart Works, 63% of women secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
The Smart Works service is delivered in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Newcastle, Reading and Leeds, and has helped over 35,000 women over the past ten years.
By 2025, Smart Works aims to support 10,000 women a year across the UK.
