Crêperie Angélie Treat Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).
  2. Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Treat Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Treat which forms part of the Offer is a complimentary lemon and sugar crepe from Crêperie Angélie at Bicester Village.
  4. The Treat is available to all Membership members who receive Membership emails and scan their Membership Code during the Offer Period at Bicester Village as part of one or more separate transactions totalling £250 or more in boutiques at Bicester Village, but excluding purchases: (a) made in food and beverage retailers; (b) for gift cards (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  5. The Offer Period is from 9am on 1 November to 7pm on 28 February 2022. 6. Once sufficient Qualifying Transactions have been made, The Treat will appear via email and can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at Crêperie Angélie.
  6. The Treat must be redeemed before the end of the Offer Period.
  7. The Treat is provided on our behalf by Crêperie Angélie, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village - please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
  8. We have arranged this offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as part of this Offer.
  9. This Offer does not create a contractual relationship between you and us.
  10. The Treat which forms part of this Offer may be claimed once per guest during the Offer Period.
  11. This Offer is personal to the original recipient and may not transferred to or shared with any third party; exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
  12. In the event that the Offer or the Treat become unavailable for any reason, an alternative will be substituted at our absolute discretion.
