Bicester Village Magical Savings Reward Terms and Conditions – Hands-Free Shopping Service

  1. These terms apply to the offer of the reduced price of £10 for the Hands-Free Shopping service (normally £35) at Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this members week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions and the Hands-Free Shopping Terms and Conditions, to view these please click here.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 14 November 2022 and 12:00 30 November 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books the Hands-Free Shopping service at the Guest Concierge at Bicester Village during the Offer Period.

  4. Members’ may book the Hands-Free Shopping service multiple times throughout the Offer Period and redeem the Reward. The Hands-Free Shopping service and Reward is provided on a first come, first serve basis and is subject to availability. Please check availability directly with the Guest Concierge.

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at the Guest Concierge when you make the booking.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of booking a Hands-Free Shopping service during the Offer Period, the Guest Concierge will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  7. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we (nor our affiliated companies) are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  8. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
