Bicester Village Magical Savings Reward Terms and Conditions – Reserved Parking

These terms apply to the offer of complimentary parking from Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

Our Membership Programme, and this Magical Savings Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is available for redemption between 9am 15th November 2022 and 9pm 30th November 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a Level 2 or Level 3 member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) and receive the Balckthorn link via a Bicester Village email or in their membership dashboard during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

To claim the Reward Members must book during the Offer Period via the Blackthorn link provided by noon the day prior to visiting and spaces are subject to availability (for example to book parking on the 30th November you must have booked via the Blackthorn link by noon on the 29th November).

Members must bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation in order to redeem the Offer when visiting Bicester Village. If you do not have a copy of your booking confirmation, we may request proof of identity in order to confirm your booking.

We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
