Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Level 1 Upgrade Dining Package

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a complimentary Discover & Dine package which includes reserved parking, hands-free shopping and a 3 course meal (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this monthly Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. Level 1 members of our Membership Programme (“L1 Members”) will be eligible for the Reward between 9am 4 October 2023 and 9pm 25 December 2023 (the “Offer Period”) if they spent between £750 and £999 (inclusive) from 1 March 2023 to the 25th December 2023 (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. L1 Members who complete the Qualifying Transaction may book and redeem the Reward during the Offer Period with the special code available in their Membership dashboard via our Booking system (also accessible via the Member dashboard).

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per L1 Member. Spaces are limited, subject to availability.

  6. The Reward is open to L1 Members ages eighteen (18) years of over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions).

  7.  L1 Members, who successfully book the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email.  

  8. To redeem the Reward present and scan your Membership Code to reserved parking team at reserved parking area (near the Apartment) who will confirm the timing of the booked meal and assign hands-free shopping.

  9. If L1 Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the Reserved Parking team will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  10. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Bicester Village.

  11. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  12. Rewards are personal to the original recipient L1 Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
