THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS ANNUAL REWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Reward (as defined below), you also accept and agree to be bound by these additional terms and conditions (“Reward Terms and Conditions”).

Promotor: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility

This Reward is available for redemption by Level 3 members of our Membership Programme who have received a “Welcome to Level 3” email, push notification or membership dashboard notification between 3 September 2024 and 28 February 2025 (“Eligible Members” or “you”).

Eligible Members must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of redeeming the Reward.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Member. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Reward until eligibility has been verified.
Reward

The reward: is one complimentary use of the Home Delivery Service, at Bicester Village Concierge Guest Services (the “Reward”) and is provided by DropIt an independent service provider (“Reward Supplier”).The Reward is subject to the Reward Supplier’s terms and conditions which you are bound by when redeeming the Reward. The Reward is valid for deliveries in the UK only, individual parcels must not exceed 25 kg, and must be no larger than 48cm x 40cm x 39 cm. The Reward is not available and excludes fragile items.

The Reward is available to redeem by Eligible Members on a select day from 3 September 2024 and 31 March 2025 only (“the “Reward Redemption Period”).

To claim the Reward Eligible Members are required to bring their purchases from Bicester Village boutiques to Guest Concierge Services, scan their personal membership QR code and register to receive the Reward and agree to any applicable terms and conditions.

The Reward is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. Rewards will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

The Reward may not be available during public/bank holidays or high season periods as determined by us.

Some Rewards may require pre-booking. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Member to complete any required pre-booking as instructed by the Promoter or Reward Supplier. Failure to pre-book may result in the forfeiture of the Reward, and neither we nor the Reward Supplier shall be held liable for any lost opportunity or inability to redeem the Reward due to non-compliance with pre-booking requirements.

The Reward is subject to our fair use policy. Eligible Members may redeem one (1) of each Reward during the Reward Redemption Period.

The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered.

We reserve the right to modify any Reward at our discretion without prior notice.

Every effort will be made to supply the Reward; however, if this is not possible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right (but are not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative Reward of equivalent or greater value.

Any costs or expense that are incidental to redemption of the Reward (including but not limited to travel to and from Bicester Village) will be at the Eligible Member’s expense.

Rewards supplied by third party Reward Suppliers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms including but not limited to allergen information directly with the Reward Supplier.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Reward at any time without notice.

We may refuse to provide any Reward or remove you from our Membership Programme at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim rewards fraudulently.

Eligible Members and their guests (where applicable) must comply with all rules and directions when enjoying a Reward. The Promoter and Prize Supplier reserve the right to exclude any Eligible Member or guest from participating in the Reward for failing to follow directions, behaving dangerously, acting anti-socially, or causing a disturbance.
Personal Data
- You may need to share your personal information with us and/or the Reward Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to redeem the Reward (including but not limited to for any pre-booking requirements). Any personal information supplied in connection with the Reward will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.
General

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward to anyone in breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we or the Reward Supplier nor our affiliated companies are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of the Reward.

We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) will supply the Reward as described in these Reward Terms and Conditions, but we accept no responsibility or liability for any use of the Reward.

The Reward Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law.
