Bicester Village Annual Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Personal Shopping Consultation and Service

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a complimentary Personal Shopping Consultation for two people, including Hands Free Shopping and refreshments (discussion re requirements) and Personal Shopping Service from Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Annual Membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. All Level 3 Members of our Membership Programme (“Member”) will be eligible for the Reward by between 15:00 (3pm) 1 March 2024 and 18:00 (6pm) 28 February 2025 (the “Offer Period”) and they receive a ‘Welcome to Level 3’ email and/or push notification during the Offer Period (“Level 3 Welcome”).

  4. Members who become eligible for the Reward by reaching Level 3 Membership during the Offer Period may redeem the Reward until Monday 31 March 2025.

  5. There is a maximum of one personal shopping appointment (for two people), Hands Free Shopping and two alcoholic drinks per qualifying Member and their guest. Please check availability directly with Personal Shopping Team.

  6. Once you have received your Level 3 Welcome, to claim the Reward you must email the Personal Shopping Team to redeem and book your Personal Shopping Consultation and then to redeem your Personal Shopping Service you must present and scan your Membership Code to the Personal Shopping Team. Appointments are subject to availability and require a minmum of 72 hours' notice.

  7. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of booking a Personal Shopping Service during the Offer Period, the Personal Shopping Team will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  8. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
