Bicester Village Annual Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Blenheim Palace

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a family annual pass includes (2 x adults and 2 x children age 3 - 16) from Blenheim Palace (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Annual Membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. Members will be eligible for the Reward between 9.00 (9am) 1 March 2024 and 18:00 (6pm) 28 February 2025 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a cumulative spend of £6,000 or more in the Bicester boutiques and/or restaurants and scans their membership code for each of these purchases) at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. Members who become eligible for the Reward by completing the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period may redeem the Reward until Sunday 31 March 2025.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member.

  6. To claim the Reward, Members who have completed the Qualifying Transactions will receive an email and/or push notification that they are eligible for the Reward and how to redeem the Reward.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Blenheim Palace, an independent partner. In redeeming the Reward Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions shall apply.

  8. The Reward shall not be redeemable during the Christmas Period.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
