Bicester Village Annual Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – The Apartment

  1. These terms apply to the offer of an invitation to The Apartment including a Personal Shopping consultation, reserved parking and Hands-Free Shopping from Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Annual Membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. All Level 3 Members will be eligible for the Reward between 9.00 (9am) 1 March 2024 and 18:00 (6pm) 28 February 2025 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a cumulative spend of £7,000 or more in the Bicester boutiques and restaurants (and scans their membership code for each of these purchases) at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. Members who become eligible for the Reward by completing the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period may redeem the Reward until Monday 31 March 2025.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member and qualifying member may bring one guest.

  6. To claim the Reward email TheApartment@bicestervillage.com when you receive confirmation via email, push notification or via the Membership dashboard that you have qualified for the Reward.

  7. Bookings must be made 48 prior to visit and are subject to availability. Additional terms apply to Hands Free Shopping and reserved parking is subject to availability.

  8. The Reward is provided by Bicester Village.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
