Bicester Village Members Reward Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms apply to the offer of two complimentary cocktails or non-alcoholic alternative from either La Tua, Shan Shui or farmshop restaurant and cafe (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 (9am) 16 September 2022 and 21:00 (9pm) 31 October 2022 (the “Offer Period”) for members of our Membership Programme (“Member”) who made a purchase of £50 or more in a single transaction during Members’ Week (which took place from 2 September until 12 September 2022, inclusive) at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward (2 x cocktails or non-alcoholic alternative) per Member, available on a first come first serve basis. There is a maximum of 200 Rewards available.

  5. To claim the Reward you must attend either La Tua, Shan Shui and farmshop restaurant and café during the Offer Period and present and scan your Membership QR Code at the relevant participating restaurant prior to ordering.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the relevant restaurant will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  7. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  8. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
