  1. Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”) will be running a membership month promotion from 1 March 2025 to 30 March 2025 (“Membership Month”), during which various offers, prize draws, and rewards (“Offer(s)”) will be available to members of our Membership Programme. By participating in Membership Month, you agree to be bound by our Membership Programme Terms and Conditions, these membership month terms and conditions (“Membership Month Terms and Conditions”), and any specific terms and conditions applicable to the Offers (“Specific Offer Terms and Conditions”) as outlined herein.

Eligibility

  1. The Offer are available to our Private Clients (Invitation Only Group) and members of our membership programme (“Eligible Members” or “you”).

  2. Eligible Members must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of redeeming any Membership Month Offer.

  3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Member. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Membership Month Offer until eligibility has been verified.

  1. Each Offer is defined below and will be subject to terms and conditions. These may include, but are not limited to, opening and closing dates, eligibility criteria, restrictions, limitations, and other relevant details.

  2. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Month Terms and Conditions and the Specific Offer Terms and Conditions applicable to a particular Offer, the Specific Offer Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Data Protection

  1. You may need to share your personal data with us and the Offer Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to enter or redeem (as applicable) the Offer. Any personal data supplied during the course of participating in Membership Month will be processed as set out in the Promoter's Membership Privacy Notice.

General

  1. Offers may be subject to availability and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

  2. Offers may require pre-booking. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Member to complete any required pre-booking as instructed by the Promoter. Failure to pre-book may result in the forfeiture of the Offer, and we shall not be held liable for any lost opportunity or inability to enter or redeem (as applicable) the Offer due to non-compliance with pre-booking requirements.

  3. Eligible Members and their guests (where applicable) must comply with all rules and directions when enjoying an Offer. The Promoter and Offer Supplier reserve the right to exclude any Eligible Member or guest from participating in the Offer for failing to follow directions, behaving dangerously, acting anti-socially, or causing a disturbance.

  4. Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered to the Prize.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Offer if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  6. Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Offer will be the Eligible Member’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

  7. Where applicable, the Eligible Member is responsible for their own behaviour and that of their guests (where applicable) while enjoying the Offer. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any Eligible Member or guests (where applicable) from participating if they fail to follow instructions or behave dangerously, anti-socially, or in a way that causes disturbance or nuisance.

  8. Offers may be subject to third party terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information, directly with the Offer Supplier.

  9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Offer Supplier, its agents, distributors and affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or any other use of the Offer (in any way whatsoever) except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Offer Supplier, its agents, distributors and affiliates or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  10. This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By participating in Membership Month, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with entering this Prize Draw.

  11. If any of these terms is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  12. These Membership Month Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If any Eligible Member wishes to take court proceedings, then they must submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
