Bicester Village membership Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions - Penhaligons

1. These terms apply to the offer of a gift set containing a trio of travel sized Penhaligon’s products from either the Halfeti or Quercus collection from Penhaligons at Bicester Village, together worth a total of £40 (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

2. Our Membership Programme, and this monthly Reward, is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 (9am) 1 August 2022 and 21:00 (9pm) 31 August 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a purchase of £125 or more in a single transaction at the Penhaligons boutique at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 200 Rewards available). Please check stock availability directly with Furla prior to purchase.

5. To claim the Reward scan your Membership Code at Penhaligons when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

6. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Penhaligons, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village.

7. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

8. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
