THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS POLO RALPH LAUREN PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by entering this Polo Ralph Lauren prize draw and Seamless shopping package (“Prize Draw”), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Prize Draw Terms and Conditions”).

  2. Promotor: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

  1. The Prize Draw is open to Members of our Membership Programme who makes a purchase in the Boutique (as defined below) during the Prize Draw Period (as defined below) (“Entrants”, “you”,“your”).

  2. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions) at the time of entering the Prize Draw.

  3. Employees of the Promoter, Prize Supplier and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw, are excluded from participating in the Prize Draw.

  4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold entry to the Prize Draw until eligibility has been verified.

Entry

  1. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must proceed with the following steps (which are cumulative conditions) during the Prize Draw Period:

(a) make a purchase of any value at the Polo Ralph Lauren or Polo Ralph Lauren Children boutiques at Bicester Village (Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD)(“Boutique”) during the Prize Draw Period, as defined below (“Qualifying Purchase”);

(b) present and scan your membership code at the till when making the Qualifying Purchase; and

(c) complete and submit the Prize Draw entry form by 12 January 2025, (which you will receive by email at the email address associated with your membership account, if you comply with the Eligibility requirements).

  1. One (1) entry per Entrant is permitted.

  2. The Prize Draw is open from 9:00 GMT on 3 December 2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 8 January 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries that are not made in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions and these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions will not be accepted or included in the Prize Draw.

  3. If eligible Members forget to present and scan their membership code at the time of making a Qualifying Purchase at a Boutique, the Boutique will not be able to scan the membership code retrospectively for any reason, and the Member shall not be able to enter the Draw.

  4. Entries not completed in accordance with these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (in particular clause 7) will not be eligible to, and therefore be included in, this Prize Draw.

Winner

  1. One winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer programme on 13 January 2025 (“Draw Date”) from the Entrants who validly entered the Prize Draw (“Winner”).

  2. The Winner will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the Winner’s membership account) within seven (7) days of the Draw Date and must provide the following information by return email to claim the Prize (as defined below):

(a) name;

(b) contact details as requested by the Promoter; and

(c) confirmation of their acceptance of the Prize.

  1. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified, the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

  2. If, after confirming acceptance of the Prize, the Winner is unable to claim it by 31 March 2025, the Prize will be forfeited.

  3. Entrants who have not won the Prize will not be notified.

  4. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

  1. There is only one prize at stake.

  2. The Winner will win:

(a) One (1) Personal Styling experience consultation hosted and pre-booked by the Bicester Village Personal Shopping team.

(b) £2,000 Polo Ralph Lauren Gift Card to spend at the Polo Ralph Lauren or Polo Ralph Lauren Children boutique at Bicester Village during the Personal Styling experience consultation; and

(c) A goodie bag complete with Polo Ralph Lauren book and candle to the estimated value of £150.

(altogether the “Prize”)

  1. The Gift Card must be used during the Personal Styling experience. Should the full amount of the Gift Card not be used in its entirety, the remaining amount shall be void.

  2. The Prize is supplied by Ralph Lauren UK Limited (“Prize Supplier”). By accepting the Prize, you agree to us sharing your email address with the Prize Supplier, who will contact you directly with further details on how to book an appointment or redeem the Prize (as applicable).

  3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered to the Prize. Prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2025.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Prize for a similar prize or replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  5. Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Prize will be the Winner’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter nor the Prize Supplier. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

  6. The Winner is responsible for their own behaviour and that of their guests (where applicable) while enjoying the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude the Winner or guests (where applicable) from participating if they fail to follow instructions or behave dangerously, anti-socially, or in a way that causes disturbance or nuisance.

  7. Prizes supplied by a third-party Prize Supplier may be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information, directly with the Prize Supplier.

Data Protection

  1. Your personal data is collected by with us and we will contact you with further details on how to claim the Prize. Any personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Membership Privacy Notice.

  2. Where your personal data is processed as part of the Prize Draw, the Promoter is processing your personal data as sole data controller.

  3. Promoter shall offer you the possibility to subscribe to the Ralph Lauren marketing communications. Should you consent to subscribe to the Ralph Lauren marketing communications, you are agreeing to the sharing of your personal data by the Promoter to the Ralph Lauren Europe Sàrl (Route de la Galaise, 24 – 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland) to receive the latest news, special offers and/or exclusive events relating to the Prize Supplier products and services, by e-mail or targeted social media ads. By signing up, you consent to the use of tracking technologies in Ralph Lauren’s communication for personalisation and analytics purposes. General

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Membership Terms and Conditions and these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

  3. The Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its gents, distributors and affiliates are not responsible for any technical failures, such as equipment, network, server, or software issues, that may delay, restrict, or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry, or cause it to be classified as spam or junk mail.

  4. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its agents, distributors and affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or any other use of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier, its agents, distributors and affiliates or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  5. If the Promoter suspects any entrant or third party of cheating, deception, fraud, or unsportsmanlike conduct (including manipulating the Prize Draw or entries), it reserves the right to disqualify any involved individual at its sole discretion.

  6. The Promoter must publish or make available information confirming a valid award took place. To comply, the Promoter will provide the Winner's surname, county, and, if applicable, winning entries to anyone who emails or writes to the Promoter within one month after the Prize Draw Period. If you object to your surname, county, or entry being published, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

  7. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering the Prize Draw, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with entering this Prize Draw.

  8. If any of these terms is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  9. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize wish to take court proceedings, then they must submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  11. Prize Supplier is not the Promoter of this Prize Draw and shall only provide the Prize. Prize Supplier shall have no liability towards any Members, Entrants or Winner in relation to the Prize Draw, except to the extent that such liability arises from the provision or use of the Prize.
