Bicester Village Members Week Reward Terms and Conditions – Sweaty Betty Pilates Class.

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one pilates class by Sweaty Betty instructor Gaynor Carter being held at 8am (08:00) on 24 March 2024 at the Sweaty Betty boutique for a cost of £5 per person for participants (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Members’ Week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for booking between 18:00 (6pm) 7 March 2024 until the earlier of either i) 22 March 2024 or ii) 25 successful bookings for the class (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books a space via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. We're donating £5 from the meditation and origami experience event ticket to our DO GOOD charity partners, Brides do Good, IntoUniversity, Smart Works, and World Connect who support our shared vision to unlock the future of women and children wherever they're born.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 25 Rewards available on a first come first serve basis).

  6. 20% off valid in boutique, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and excludes current season best sellers.

  7. The Reward is open to Members ages eighteen (18) years of over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions)

  8. Members who successfully book the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email.

  9. To redeem the Reward, eligible Members must present and scan their Membership Code at the Sweaty Betty boutique at booked in time on 22 March 2024.

  10. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the Sweaty Betty boutique at the start of the booked event at 7.45am (07:45) on 24 March.

  11. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Sweaty Betty, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption. Yoga mats are provided.

  12. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  13. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  14. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
