THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS x MEMBERS MONTH SCRATCH CARD REWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by redeeming the Reward (as defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Reward Terms and Conditions”).

  2. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

  1. This Reward is available to Members and Private Clients (Invitation Only Group) of our Membership Programme who have:

(a) scanned their membership code at least two times at any boutique, kiosk or restaurant at Bicester Village; and (b) collected the Members Month Scratch card from the Guest Concierge kiosk at Bicester Village; and (c) played the Members Month Scratch card to reveal their reward, and; (d) submitted the Members Month Scratch card to the Guest Concierge Kiosk; and (e) scanned their membership code

(“Eligible Members”, “you”, “your”).

  1. Eligible Members must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of redeeming the Reward.

  2. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Member. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Reward until eligibility has been verified.

Reward

  1. The reward is one (1) of the following prizes, drawn at random on the Members Month Scratch Card:

(a) one (1) Lindt Chocolates Box(150 available); or (b) one (1) £5 Food & Beverage Voucher, redeemable at any Food & Beverage Kiosk (200 available); or (c) one (1) 1995 Magazine (500 available); or (d) one (1) Personalised Ribbon 150 available); or (e) Lunch at the Double Red Duke, up to the maximum value of £200, redeemable between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026, inclusive.

(the “Reward”) and is provided by Bicester Village (“Reward Supplier”).

  1. The Members Month Scratch Card is available to redeem by Eligible Members from 09:00 GMT on 20 October 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 26 October 2025 only (“the “Reward Redemption Period”).

  2. To claim the Reward Eligible Members must present their Members Month Scratch Card and scan their membership code at the Guest Concierge and Concierge Kiosk.

  3. The Reward is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. Rewards will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

  4. The Reward may not be available during public/bank holidays or high season periods as determined by us.

  5. Some Rewards may require pre-booking. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Member to complete any required pre-booking as instructed by the Promoter or Reward Supplier. Failure to pre-book may result in the forfeiture of the Reward, and neither we nor the Reward Supplier shall be held liable for any lost opportunity or inability to redeem the Reward due to non-compliance with pre-booking requirements.

  6. The Reward is subject to our fair use policy. Unless stated otherwise, Eligible Members may redeem one (1) Reward during the Reward Redemption Period.

  7. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered.

  8. We reserve the right to modify any Reward at our discretion without prior notice.

  9. Provision of the Reward is discretionary. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Reward for a similar reward or replace the Reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  10. Any costs or expense that are incidental to redemption of the Reward (including but not limited to travel to and from Bicester Village) will be at the Eligible Member’s expense.

  11. Rewards supplied by a third party Reward Supplier may be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information directly with the Reward Supplier.

  12. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Reward at any time without notice.

  13. We may refuse to provide any Reward or remove you from our Membership Programme at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim rewards fraudulently.

  14. Eligible Members and their guests (where applicable) must comply with all rules and directions when enjoying a Reward. The Promoter and Prize Supplier reserve the right to exclude any Eligible Member or guest from participating in the Reward for failing to follow directions, behaving dangerously, acting anti-socially, or causing a disturbance.

Personal Data

  1. You may need to share your personal information with us and the Reward Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to redeem the Reward. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Reward will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.

General

  1. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward to anyone in breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

  2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  3. We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we or the Reward Supplier nor our affiliated companies are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of the Reward.

  4. This Reward is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By redeeming this Reward, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the redemption of this Reward.

  5. Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Reward will be the Eligible Member’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

  6. We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) will supply the Reward as described in these Reward Terms and Conditions, but we accept no responsibility or liability for any use of the Reward.

  7. The Reward Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law.

  1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by entering this Members Month Scratch Card prize draw (“Prize Draw”), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Prize Draw Terms and Conditions”).

  2. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

  1. The Prize Draw is open to our Private Clients (Invitation Only Group) and all Members of our Membership Programme who:

(a) submit a Members Month Scratch Card, and; (b) Scan their membership code at the Concierge kiosk at Bicester Village (“Eligible Members”, “you”, “your”). (“Entrants”, “you”,“your”).

  1. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions) at the time of entering the Prize Draw.

  2. Employees of the Promoter, Prize Supplier and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw, are excluded from participating in the Prize Draw.

  3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold entry to the Prize Draw until eligibility has been verified.

Entry

  1. One (1) entry per Entrant is permitted.

  2. The Prize Draw is open from 09:00 GMT on 20 October 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 26 October 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted or included in the Prize Draw.

  3. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must do the following during the Prize Draw Period:

(a)Complete the Members Month Scratch Card and submit to the Guest Concierge Kiosk, Bicester Village (“Kiosk”)]; and (b)present and scan your membership code at the checkout at the time of submission at the Kiosk.

  1. If Entrants forget to present and scan their membership code at the time of making a Qualifying Purchase at a Boutique, the Boutique will not be able to scan the membership code retrospectively for any reason, including but not limited to entry into the Prize Draw.

  2. Purchases not completed correctly or not completed in accordance with these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions will not be accepted or included in the Prize Draw.

Winner

  1. One (1) winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer programme on 14 November 2025 (“Draw Date”) from the Entrants who validly entered the Prize Draw (“Winner”)

  2. The Winner will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the Winner’s membership account) within seven (7) days of the Draw Date and must provide the following information by return email to claim the Prize (as defined below):

(a) name;

(b) contact details as requested by the Promoter; and

(c) confirmation of their acceptance of the Prize.

  1. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified, the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

  2. If, after confirming acceptance of the Prize, the Winner is unable to claim it within 30 days, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

  3. Entrants who have not won the Prize will not be notified.

  4. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

  1. The Winner will win Lunch at the Double Red Duke, up to the maximum value of £200. (“Prize”) The Prize must be redeemed between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026, inclusive.

  2. The Prize is supplied by Bicester Village and the Double Red Duke (“Prize Supplier”)]. By accepting the Prize, you agree to us sharing your email address with the Prize Supplier, who will contact you directly with further details on how to book an appointment or redeem the Prize (as applicable).

  3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered to the Prize.

  4. Where the Winner is given a choice regarding an element of the Prize, such as selecting an item of a specified value, the availability of the chosen items cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock and availability at the time of selection. The selection must also adhere to the value specified in these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, any stated value of the Prize is an estimate only and should not be relied upon as the precise or final value.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Prize for a similar prize or replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  6. Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Prize will be the Winner’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

  7. The Winner is responsible for their own behaviour and that of their guests (where applicable) while enjoying the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude the Winner or guests (where applicable) from participating if they fail to follow instructions or behave dangerously, anti-socially, or in a way that causes disturbance or nuisance.

  8. Prizes supplied by a third-party Prize Supplier may be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information, directly with the Prize Supplier.

Data Protection

  1. You may need to share your personal data with us and the Prize Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to claim the Prize. Any personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Membership Privacy Notice.

General

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Membership Terms and Conditions and these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

  3. The Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its agents, distributors and affiliates are not responsible for any technical failures, such as equipment, network, server, or software issues, that may delay, restrict, or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry, or cause it to be classified as spam or junk mail.

  4. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its agents, distributors and affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or any other use of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier, its agents, distributors and affiliates or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  5. If the Promoter suspects any entrant or third party of cheating, deception, fraud, or unsportsmanlike conduct (including manipulating the Prize Draw or entries), it reserves the right to disqualify any involved individual at its sole discretion.

  6. The Promoter must publish or make available information confirming a valid award took place. To comply, the Promoter will provide the Winner's surname, county, and, if applicable, winning entries to anyone who emails or writes to the Promoter within one month after the Prize Draw Period. If you object to your surname, county, or entry being published, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

  7. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering the Prize Draw, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with entering this Prize Draw.

  8. If any of these terms is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  9. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize wish to take court proceedings, then they must submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
