Bicester Village Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Member Experience

  1. This offer (“Offer”) to receive a reward (“Reward”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).

2.Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Offer and accepting the Reward, you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Reward is one Member Experience at Bicester Village redeemable at Bicester Village only.

  2. The Reward is available to all Level 2 Membership members and can be redeemed twice during the Offer Period

  3. This Reward is restricted to one person valid twice a year.

  4. The Reward is available for redemption from 5 July 2022 to 31 March 2023 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

  5. The Reward can be claimed by booking via the booking platform link. By making a booking online, you are placing an order which is not complete until accepted and confirmed by us via email. If we discover an error, and are not able to fulfil your booking at the requested time/date, we will either cancel your booking or offer you the closest available alternative time/date.

  6. The Offer may be booked up until 12:00 noon the day before, and is available to adults over the age of 18 only.

  7. Children under 18 are welcome to accompany adults who have booked the Offer provided that the total number of children is notified to us at time of booking to be included as part of the table reservation. Please check with the Farmshop restaurant and café directly for details of any children’s menu which may be in in operation, and which will be charged separately by the Restaurant.

  8. The Offer, and all elements comprising the Offer, must be redeemed on the date selected at the time of booking.

b. Please arrive at Farmshop restaurant and café for your selected time of reservation – the Restaurant reserves the right to offer your table to other guests if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, and cannot guarantee availability at an alternative time.

  1. Occasionally, we may be unable to offer you a reservation at the exact time requested – if this happens, we will make a reservation for you as close as possible to the requested time and notify you accordingly.

  3. The Reward meal is provided on our behalf by farmshop an independent restaurant operating at Bicester Village and consists of;

a) If you book between 09:00 – 11:00 the offer includes one full English or veggie breakfast and one hot drink.

b) If booked between 12:00 – 20:00 the Offer includes one starter, main course and dessert from the Farmshop restaurant and café.

Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  1. Any guests accompanying you as the member must settle their bill with the restaurant directly.

  2. In order to make a dinner reservation on your behalf with your chosen Restaurant, you acknowledge and agree that your name and mobile number will be shared with the Restaurant.   3. In the event that the Offer or the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  4. We have arranged this Offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Offer.

  5. These Terms and Conditions do not create a contractual relationship between you and us.

  6. The Offer is personal to the qualifying member only and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
