The Mid-Season Sale Terms & Conditions

Guests (“you”) can enjoy up to 50% off the Original Retail Price on selected products at participating retail boutiques listed below (the “Select Boutiques”) (the “Offer”) during the Mid-Season Sale promotion (the “Promotion”) taking place between 2 October and 18 October 2026 from 9am to 7pm only (the “Term”).

The Offer is available on a select number of products at Select Boutiques only. All products are subject to availability and are offered on a first come, first served basis. We make no guarantee that products will remain available throughout the Term of the Offer. We shall not be liable for any loss or disappointment suffered as a result of the unavailability of products.

Restrictions on the quantity of products each guest may purchase may apply and vary between Select Boutiques. For more information on specific quantity limits, please refer to the Select Boutiques or their staff in advance.

Exclusions:

  1. The Offer does not apply to: ICON products (continuity bestsellers), 2026 Collection products (current season, full-price collections), products already on sale or otherwise reduced, gift cards, or any other products excluded by the relevant Select Boutique.

  2. Please note that the Offer may be subject to other exclusions (as set out in the link above) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please enquire at the individual Select Boutique for more details.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is operated by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD (“we”, “our”, “us”) in conjunction with the Select Boutiques at Bicester Village.

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not entitled to participate in the Promotion at any time before the commencement of or after the expiry of the Term.

  3. The Offers available as part of this Promotion: (i) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available in Bicester Village during the Term; (ii) cannot be used for prior purchases; (iii) cannot be used to purchase gift cards; and (iv) apply to purchases made in a single transaction in the applicable Select Boutique only.

  4. The Offer is personal to you and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (and must not be sold or auctioned) and has no cash value.

  5. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, and/or modify the benefits associated with the Promotion, at any time where it becomes necessary to do so in our reasonable opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of our control.

  6. Purchases made from the Select Boutiques at Bicester Village are also subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each boutique.

  7. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, including any rights you may have against the relevant Select Boutique in relation to products purchased during the Term.

  8. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you agree with the way we process your personal information, as set out in the Bicester Village Privacy Notice.

  9. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) we and our affiliates, related companies and the owners of Bicester Village are not responsible for the prices at which any boutique at Bicester Village advertises or sells goods from time to time; (b) the Promotion Invitation does not create a contractual relationship between you and us in relation to the Offers or otherwise; (c) we, our related companies and the owners of Bicester Village make no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which you may obtain from the boutiques at Bicester Village; (d) you shall have no right, and waive your ability to make any claim against us, our affiliates, related companies and the owners of Bicester Village in the event that a Select Boutique at Bicester Village fails to honour the Offer purported to be made available by this Promotion in whole or in part, and your only remedy in such a situation is to make a claim for redress to the relevant Select Boutique.

  10. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury from our negligence or that of our employees or officers.

  11. These terms are governed by English law, and you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute (including non-contractual claims) arising out of or in connection with them.
