THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS x ON RUNNING PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

JULY 2026

1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by entering this Prize Draw (as defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Prize Draw Terms and Conditions”).

2. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

3. This Prize Draw is open to members of the Bicester Village Membership Programme in the following membership category(ies): Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 (“Eligible Members”)

4. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of entering the Prize Draw.

5. Employees of the Promoter, Prize Supplier and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw, are excluded from participating in the Prize Draw.

6. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the entry to the Prize Draw until eligibility has been verified.

Entry

7. One (1) entry per Entrant is permitted. 

8. The Prize Draw is open from 09:00 GMT on 10 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 July 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted or included in the Prize Draw.  

9. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Prize Draw Period:

(a) make a purchase of any value (“Qualifying Purchase”) at the On Running boutique, Bicester Village (“Boutique”);

(b) present and scan your membership code at the checkout at the time of making a Qualifying Purchase at the Boutique; and

(c) correctly answer the skill-based multiple-choice question presented via the designated webform.

10. Only entries that satisfy all the above requirements and otherwise comply with these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions will constitute valid entries and be included in the Prize Draw.

11. Entries that do not correctly answer the skill-based question will not be entered into the draw.

12. Where applicable, if Entrants forget to present and scan their membership code at the time of making a Qualifying Purchase at a Boutique, the relevant transaction cannot be retrospectively recorded for entry into the Prize Draw.

13. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions will be available before or at the time of entry on the membership portal and will remain easily accessible and retainable throughout the Prize Draw Period.

Winner Selection

14. One (1) winner will be on or around 7 August 2026 (“Draw Date”) from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

15. Winners will be chosen by a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all valid entries that correctly answer the skill-based question.

16. The Promoter will keep a record of the draw and evidence demonstrating the random selection of the Winner.

17. The Winner will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the Winner’s membership account) within seven (7) days of the Draw Date. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. To claim the Prize, the Winner must provide by return email:  

(a) name; 

(b) contact details as requested by the Promoter; and  

(c) confirmation of their acceptance of the Prize.  

18. If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of the Promoter’s initial notification, or if the Winner rejects the Prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may withdraw the Prize from that Winner and select a replacement winner using the same random selection process from the remaining valid entries. 

19. If, after confirming acceptance of the Prize, the Winner is unable to claim it within 30 days, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. 

20. Winner information will be available via email request.

21. Entrants who have not won the Prize will not be notified.  

22. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Prize

23. The winner(s) will receive the following prize(s):

(a) one (1) £350 gift card, redeemable at the On Running boutique, Bicester Village. (“the Prize”).

24. There is one (1) prize available in total.

25. The Prize is supplied by On Running (“Prize Supplier”).

26. The Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of accepting the prize.

27. No fee is payable to claim the Prize. Unless expressly stated above, all expenses associated with claiming, travelling to, attending or enjoying the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

28. By accepting the Prize, you agree to us sharing your email address with the Prize Supplier, who will contact you directly with further details on how to book an appointment or redeem the Prize (as applicable).  

29. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered to the Prize. 

30. Where the Winner is given a choice regarding an element of the Prize, such as selecting an item of a specified value, the availability of the chosen items cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock and availability at the time of selection. The selection must also adhere to the value specified in these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, any stated value of the Prize is an estimate only and should not be relied upon as the precise or final value. 

31. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Prize for a similar prize or replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 

32. The Winner is responsible for their own behaviour and that of their guests (where applicable) while enjoying the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude the Winner or guests (where applicable) from participating if they fail to follow instructions or behave dangerously, anti-socially, or in a way that causes disturbance or nuisance. 

33. Prizes supplied by a third-party Prize Supplier may be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information, directly with the Prize Supplier.  

Data Protection 

34. You may need to share your personal data with us and the Prize Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to claim the Prize. Any personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Membership Privacy Notice. 

General  

35. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Membership Terms and Conditions and these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

36. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 

37. The Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its agents, distributors and affiliates are not responsible for any technical failures, such as equipment, network, server, or software issues, that may delay, restrict, or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry, or cause it to be classified as spam or junk mail. 

38. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Prize Supplier (where applicable), its agents, distributors and affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or any other use of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier, its agents, distributors and affiliates or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

39. If the Promoter suspects any entrant or third party of cheating, deception, fraud, or unsportsmanlike conduct (including manipulating the Prize Draw or entries), it reserves the right to disqualify any involved individual at its sole discretion. 

40. The Promoter must publish or make available information confirming a valid award took place. To comply, the Promoter will provide the Winner's surname, county, and, if applicable, winning entries to anyone who emails or writes to the Promoter within one month after the Prize Draw Period. If you object to your surname, county, or entry being published, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request. 

41. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering the Prize Draw, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with entering this Prize Draw. 

42. If any of these terms is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. 

43. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize wish to take court proceedings, then they must submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
