BICESTER VILLAGE RESERVED PARKING

The following terms and conditions shall apply to guests who use reserved parking at Bicester Village (“you/ your”).

Reserved Parking

  1. “Reserved Parking” means an attended parking service whereby an attendant directs you to park your motor vehicle in an allocated parking bay.

  2. To take advantage of Reserved Parking services you must either: (a) email Conciergeservices@Bicestervillage.com  or such other email address as may be provided in a promotional offer to pre-book Reserved Parking; or (b) pre-book your Reserved Parking by completing the registration process via the following link: Reserved Parking Package - Choose your date ⋮ Value Retail Management Limited ⋮ Events; or (c) book your Reserved Parking in person by visiting the Bicester Village Guest Concierge.

  3. If you are entitled to discounted or complimentary Reserved Parking, you must also present your eligibility for such discounted or complimentary Reserved Parking services upon booking.

  4. Upon arrival at Bicester Village, you must provide your booking confirmation at the Reserved Parking service bays at Bicester Village. If you do not have a copy of your booking confirmation, Bicester Village Guest Concierge may request proof of your identity in order to confirm your booking.

  5. Reserved Parking is only valid on the date and at the time specified in your booking confirmation. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your Reserved Parking time, your booking may be cancelled without a refund. Overstaying your Reserved Parking time may result in additional charges or penalties.

  6. Where a vehicle registration number is taken at the time of the booking, the vehicle used for the Reserved Parking must match that registration number plate.

  7. Reserved Parking reservations must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.

  8. Vehicles are left at your own risk. Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited and its affiliates accept no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of your vehicle or its contents while parked in the Bicester Village Reserved Parking service bays.

Data Protection

  1. Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, the managing company of Bicester Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for Reserved Parking and managing the service during your visit to Bicester Village.

  2. You should consult Bicester Village privacy policy for more information on how your personal data is protected and how you can exercise your rights here: The Bicester Collection, or by asking for more information at the Bicester Village Guest Concierge.

  3. Reserved Parking at Bicester Village is provided by: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited.
