No, the Personal Shopping Team offer complimentary consultations for guests wishing to upgrade their wardrobe, shop their Christmas gift lists or purchase from several boutiques at one time. There may be a delivery charge which will be agreed by the Personal Shopping team directly with our guests.

Are new boutiques going to be added?

Yes, new boutiques will be added, it’s a good idea to visit the website regularly to find out the latest list of participating boutiques.

Can I return/exchange an item?

Yes, please check with the individual boutiques as terms and conditions will vary.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Contact the boutique directly to arrange your return or exchange, or the Personal Shopping Team if your purchases were made using this service.

Do you do gift wrapping?

No, all purchases will come in the brand’s packaging.

What sort of things can I buy through the Virtual Shopping service?

You can buy the same brands and products that are in our Village boutiques as you will be shopping from the Village boutiques but from the comfort of your own home.
