Evacuation

Any fire drill will be notified to visitors. In the unlikely event of the fire alarm going off, everyone must evacuate the building via the main or alternative evacuation routes. The main assembly point is on Pingle Field, which is accessed through the car park and across the Pingle Field approach road, as shown on the plan below.

Emergency

The Security office (+44(0)1869 366301 open 24/7) must be notified of any emergency, incident, first aid support or near-miss. Services for fire, police and medical emergencies can be contacted on 999. The Bicester Village team must be informed of any such occurrence in order to assist visitors and the emergency services.

Site rules

The offices are open from 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Authorisation from the Security Office and your Bicester Village representative are required to access offices outside of these hours.

Children and animals are only allowed in offices with authorisation from a Bicester Village Management representative.

Alcohol must not be consumed on site unless permitted by Bicester Village Management for a special event. Drugs and abuse of alcohol are strictly prohibited, as well as any kind of harassment or discrimination.

Packages must not be left unattended.
