Guest service amendments
Please note, our guest services will operate differently on 25 to 28 November and 26 December to 2 January:
• No Valet Parking service will be available
• Hands-free Shopping will have limited availability
• Shopping packages will be unavailable for purchase
• Reserved parking will be for Apartment guests only
• No mobility scooters will be available to hire
• Dog strollers are no longer able to hire, we also strongly advise guests don't bring their dogs to the Village during these peak times
• Wheelchairs will be subject to availability
• Airmile claims will be processed online only. Click here for more details.
• The Group Welcome Centre Lounge will be closed
• Small Group check-in will take place at the Guest Concierge
• Home Delivery is available as usual. Please find more information here
• Personal Shopping is available as usual. Please find more information here
• Our playground, Contemplation room, and Buggy services will still operate as usual
