Bicester Village Members Level 2 and 3 Reward Terms and Conditions – Private Sale Virtual Shopping

1. These terms apply to the offer of early access to the Private Sale (7th October – 31st October) on the 6th October 2022 (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.
   
   

2. Our Membership Programme, and this Level 2 and Level 3 members Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions and the Private Sale Terms and Conditions.
   
   

3. The Reward is available for redemption by Level 2 and Level 3 members only, between 5pm 6th October 2022 and 9pm 6th October 2022 (the “Offer Period”) at participating boutiques at Bicester Village during the Offer Period.
   
   

4. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.
   
   

5. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
