Rococo Treat Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).
  2. Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Treat Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Treat which forms part of the Offer is a complimentary small chocolate and truffle collection box from Rococo Chocolates at Bicester Village.
  4. The Treat is available to all Membership members who receive Membership emails; and scan their Membership Code during the Offer Period at Bicester Village as part of one or more separate transactions they make in Qualifying Boutiques at Bicester Village (“Qualifying Transactions”), and where the total spend of such Qualifying Transactions is £500 or more.
  5. “Qualifying Boutiques” for the purposes of the Qualifying Transaction are any retailer at Bicester Village excluding food and beverage retailers and gift card sales.
  6. The Offer is available from 9am on 1 June 2021 to midnight on 30 September 2021 (the “Offer Period”).
  7. Once sufficient Qualifying Transactions have been made, you will be notified of tthe Treat via email and it can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at Rococo.
  8. The Treat is provided on our behalf by Rococo an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village - please discuss any nutritional and/or allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
  9. We have arranged this offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as part of this Offer.
  10. This Offer does not create a contractual relationship between you and us.
  11. The Treat which forms part of this Offer may be claimed once per guest during the Offer Period.
  12. This Offer is personal to the original recipient and may not transferred to or shared with any third party; exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
  13. In the event that the Offer or the Treat become unavailable for any reason, an alternative will be substituted at our absolute discretion.
