Bicester Village Reward Terms and Conditions – Beauty Week Bundles

  1. These terms apply to the offer of 10 % off Beauty Bundles from each of the following participating boutiques: Beaute Presitge International, Benefit, Clarins, Charlotte Tilbury, The Cosmetics Company, Elemis, L’Occitane, Molton Brown, Pehaligon’s, NEOM, Bamford,Lalique,Soho Home and The White Company (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Beauty Week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9am 7th November 2022 and 7pm 13th November 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a purchase of a Beauty Bundle at a participating boutique at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. Please check stock availability directly with participating brand prior to purchase.

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at the participating brand when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the participating boutique will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Beute Presitge International, Benefit, Clarins, Charlotte Tilbury, The Cosmetics Company, Elemis, L’Occitane, Molton Brown, Pehaligon’s, NEOM, Bamford,Lalique, Soho Home and The White Company all independent retailers operating at Bicester Village

  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward. Please discuss any allergies with the boutique.

  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
