Bicester Village Beauty Week Reward Terms and Conditions – Mystery Bag

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a Mystery Beauty Bag worth £215 containing products from a selection of beauty brands at Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Beauty Week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 10am 7th November 2022 to 7pm 13th November 2022 and (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a combined purchase of £100 or more and scans their membership code three times in any of the following participating boutiques: Beaute Prestige, Benefit, Clarins, Charlotte Tilbury, The Cosmetics Company, Elemis, L’Occitane, Molton Brown, Penhligon’s, NEOM, Bamford, Lalique, Soho Home and The White Company during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 50 Rewards available).

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Guest Concierge after you made the Qualifying Transaction and received the confirmation email confirming you have unlocked this Reward.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the participating boutiques will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Beaute Prestige, Benefit, Clarins, Charlotte Tilbury, The Cosmetics Company, Elemis, L’Occitane, Molton Brown, Penhaligon’s, NEOM, Bamford, Lalique, Soho Home and The White Company all independent retailers operating at Bicester Village

  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
