Bicester Village Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Oliphants Bakery

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one cinnamon bun from Oliphants Bakery (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this monthly Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 (9am) 20 January 2023 and 19:00 (7pm) 28 February 2023 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme who made a purchase of £51 or more during the Extraordinary Sale (1 December 2022 to 16 January 2023) (“Member”) and scanned their membership QR code at the time or purchase at any boutique or food and beverage operators at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 1,600 Rewards available). Please check stock availability and any allergies directly with Oliphants Bakery prior to purchase.

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Oliphants Bakery when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the Oliphants Bakery boutique will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Oliphants Bakery an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village

  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
