Bicester Village Reward Terms and Conditions – Oliphant’s ice cream

1. These terms apply to the offer of one (1) free scope of ice cream from Oliphant’s Ice Cream at Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme .

2. Our Membership Programme, and this Reward, are governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Reward, you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

3. The Reward is available for redemption between 6pm and 10pm on 28 July 2022, 11 August 2022, 25 August, 8 September and 22 September 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) purchases one (1) or more scoops of ice cream at Oliphant’s Ice Cream Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

4.There is a maximum of one Reward per Member. In the event the Reward is unavailable for any reason, an alternative will be supplied at our absolute discretion.

5. To claim the Reward, scan your Membership Code at Oliphant’s Ice Cream, and receive confirmation via the APP push notification or via the membership dashboard that you have qualified.

6. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Oliphant’s Ice Cream, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village.

7. We have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we, nor our related companies, or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

8. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not be transfered to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
