BICESTER VILLAGE HANDS-FREE SHOPPING
The following terms and conditions shall apply to guests who use hands-free shopping services at Bicester Village (“you/ your”).
Hands-Free Shopping (“HFS”)

“HFS” is a shopping service which enables guests to shop at boutiques within Bicester Village and collect their purchases at the end of their visit.

To register for the HFS service at Bicester Village, you must either: (i) register for the HFS service online via Plan My Visit or by contacting Guest Concierge by email at Conciergeservices@Bicestervillage.com; (ii) visit the Bicester Village Guest Concierge (including the Marylebone Bicester Village Guest Concierge) on the day of visit and complete the HFS registration process; or (iii) register directly with a Bicester Village Guest Concierge team member or other authorised personnel on-site. Any charges for the HFS services will be stated before the registration is completed.

You may be entitled to receive discounted or complimentary HFS service (subject to availability) if you present proof of eligibility, including photographic identification, and you are a holder of one of the following:
a. Partner Membership Card (physical or digital), being cardholders of a corporate partner of The Bicester Collection, details of which are set out here; or
b. Private Client Card (physical or digital); or
c. invitation to claim discounted or complimentary HFS services at Bicester Village.
You must follow the registration process or instructions provided with your card, invitation, or other proof of eligibility in order to register for the HFS service.

Once you have successfully registered in accordance with paragraphs 2 or 3 above, you must check in at Bicester Village Concierge Services, who will issue you a QR code to redeem the HFS service (“HFS QR Code”).

The HFS Service is subject to availability, and registration cannot be guaranteed.

The HFS service is non-transferable only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued.
Redemption Process

You must present your HFS QR Code at the relevant boutique assistant when making a purchase in a boutique at Bicester Village.

The boutique assistant will place your HFS purchases in a security shopping bag. You must check that your purchases have been sealed in a security shopping bag and only contain the items purchased at that boutique when using the HFS service.

If you require access to purchases that you have already provided to the boutique assistant or Bicester Village Guest Concierge, you will need to contact the boutique assistant/ Bicester Village Guest Concierge who will remove the seal from the security shopping bag before returning all purchases to you. Please note that partial access or removal of individual items is not permitted – all purchases will be returned together. If the removal of the seal causes damage to the purchases, you will be liable.

You must contact 07717 811 211 at least 30 minutes before you wish to leave Bicester Village to enable the Guest Concierge team to prepare the purchases for your collection.

You may collect your purchases from the location quoted by Bicester Village Guest Concierge when you contacted Bicester Village Guest Concierge in accordance with paragraph 7. To collect the purchases, you must present evidence of your entitlement to HFS, photographic identification and receipts for the purchases. You must arrive no later than 30 minutes before Bicester Village closing time.

HFS is available until 30 minutes before Bicester Village closing time. Purchases made during the final 30 minutes of Bicester Village opening will not qualify for HFS services.
General

You acknowledge that each boutique can only accept items purchased from that boutique for the HFS service and will not be able to accept purchases made from other boutiques.

Bicester Village aims to collect your purchases and have the purchases ready within 30 minutes of you informing Bicester Village Guest Concierge that you wish to leave Bicester Village. However, Bicester Village does not guarantee this period and does not accept any liability if, for any reason, your purchases are not available for collection within this period.

You must collect your purchases on the same day the purchases are made. If you cannot collect your purchases on the same day, you should notify Bicester Village as soon as possible on 01869 366266, and Bicester Village may (in its sole discretion) hold the purchases for you up to 28 days for collection. Bicester Village reserves the right to dispose of any purchases not collected on the same day the purchases are made.

You acknowledge and agree that some boutiques may not participate in HFS services. You can contact Bicester Village Guest Concierge to obtain a list of boutiques that participate in the HFS service.

In accordance with Bicester Village’s insurance cover, Bicester Village’s liability for any loss or damage to your purchases under the HFS service is limited to a maximum value of £10,000 per bag. Bicester Village will only be responsible for loss or damage to your purchases that are due to the fault of Bicester Village. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You should notify Bicester Village Guest Concierge of any loss, damage or other problems as soon as possible when collecting your purchases. Bicester Village will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by you before you leave Bicester Village on the day you make the relevant purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that the boutique assistant correctly processes your purchases through the HFS service at the time of purchase. Bicester Village accepts no liability for items that are not properly processed by any boutique assistant, including any lost or missing items resulting from such errors.
Data Protection

Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, the managing company of Bicester Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for the HFS service and managing the service during your visit to Bicester Village.
