Bicester Village Members Week Reward Terms and Conditions – Bamford Sound Healing Class

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a complimentary sound healing class being held at 11am (11:00) – 12.30pm (12:30) at the Village Lawn, Bicester Village (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Members’ Week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions. 

  3. The Reward is available for booking between time 7pm on 2 June 2023 until either the earlier of either (i) 11am on 7 June 2023 or (ii) 20 successful bookings of the Reward (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books a space via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). 

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member until spaces are all booked (there is a maximum of 20 Rewards available on a first come first serve basis).

  5. The Reward is open to Members ages eighteen (18) years of over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions)  

  6. Members who successfully book the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email. 

  7. To claim the Reward, eligible Members must present the booking confirmation email and scan their Membership Code at the Village Lawn at 11am on 7 June 2023. 

  8. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of redeeming the Reward, Sweaty Betty Bamford team will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward. 

  9. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Bamford an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  10. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion. In the case of adverse weather we reserve the right to cancel.

  11. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  12. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
