Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Nikki Tibbles Gardening Experience

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one gardening experience with floristry demonstration by award-winning florist, Nikki Tibbles from Wild at Heart with a bespoke planter to take home being held at 11:00 (11am) or 13:00 (1pm) on 8 June at farmshop and cafe restaurant, Bicester Village for £50 per person (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.
  2. Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions  and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Reward is available for booking between 9:00 (9am) 22 May 2023 until the earlier of 2 June 2023 or 15 successful bookings for each session of the Reward (the “Offer Period”).
  4. When a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) successfully books the gardening experience and makes a payment of £50 via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period this will be deemed a qualifying transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  5. There is a minimum of one Reward per Member while stocks last and there is a maximum of 15 spaces available for each gardening experience on a first come first serve basis).
  6. The Reward is open to Members aged eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions).
  7. Members who have successfully booked the Reward in accordance with the process set out above will receive a booking confirmation email.
  8. To claim the Reward, eligible Members must present the booking confirmation email and scan their Membership Code at the farmshop and cafe restaurant at either 11:00 (11:00am) or 13:00 (1pm) on 8 June depending on which time slot you are booked on to.
  9. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of redeeming the Reward, the farmshop and cafe restaurant will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.
  10. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Wild at Heart, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
  11. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.
  12. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.
  13. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
