Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – International Women’s Day Unlock Her Future™ Event
These terms apply to the immersive event including light refreshments for a member and their guest, held at 10:00 am on 8 March at Frameless London, 6 Marble Arch, London W1H 7AP, plus two complimentary glasses of champagne or non-alcoholic mimosa at the Veuve Clicquot van (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.
Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept these in full.
The Reward is available on a first come, first serve basis to the first five (5) Level 3 members of our Membership Programme (“Member”) and one (1) guest per member who book via the membership platform between 9:00 am on 24th February and 5:30 pm on 27th February for the Reward.
Members and their guest who qualify for the Reward will be checked in at the door prior to the start of the event and Members and their guest must be seated by 10:30 am.
Members are not able to hold spaces for the Reward for other Members.
Those Members eligible for the Reward in accordance with paragraph 3 above will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the Membership account) by 2 March and must confirm attendance by return email.
Members who have not been successful will not be notified.
Any costs or expenses incurred in travelling to and from the event at Frameless London or Bicester Village to redeem the Reward will be at the Winner’s expense.
The two complimentary glasses of champagne or non-alcoholic mimosa at the Veuve Clicquot van is provided on our behalf by Veuve Clicquot, an independent retailer and Bicester Village Collection.
We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we (nor our affiliated companies) are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.
Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
