Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Luca Dusi of Passione Vino at La Tua Pasta Wine Pairing Experience
These terms apply to the offer of a wine pairing experience with five courses being held at 19:00 (7pm) until 21:00 (9pm) with arrival from 18:30 (6:30pm) on 16 March at La Tua Pasta restaurant, Bicester Village for £30 per person (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.
Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.
The Reward is available for redemption between 19:00 (7pm) 7 March 2023 until the earlier of 16 March 2023 or 30 successful bookings of the Reward (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books the wine pairing experience and makes a payment of £30 via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
There is a minimum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 30 Rewards available on a first come first serve basis).
Successful Members who are eligible for the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email.
To claim the Reward, eligible Members must present the booking confirmation email and scan your Membership Code at La Tua Pasta restaurant between 18:30 (6:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm) on 16 March.
If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of redeeming the Reward, the La Tua Pasta restaurant will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.
The Reward is provided on our behalf by La Tua Pasta restaurant, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.
We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.
Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
