Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Oliphants Artisan Ice Cream

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one scoop of strawberry ripple ice cream from Oliphants Artisan Ice Cream (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.
  2. Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 (9am) 5 May 2023 and 21:00 (9pm) 31 May 2023 (the “Offer Period”) when an individual signed up to Membership during the Private Sale (23 March 2023 to 24 April 2023) (“Member”) and have not yet scanned their membership QR code at any boutique or food and beverage operators at Bicester Village (up until the 5 May 2023) (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 3,000 Rewards available). Please check stock availability and any allergies directly with Oliphants artisan ice cream prior to purchase.
  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Oliphants Artisan Ice Cream when you make the Qualifying Transaction.
  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the Oliphants Artisan Ice cream boutique will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.
  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Oliphants Artisan Ice Cream an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.
  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
