Bicester Village Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Food and Beverage Discount

1. These terms apply to the offer of a £20 (twenty pound) discount on your food and drinks bill from either La Tua, farmshop restaurant and cafe or Shan Shui (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

2. Our Membership Programme, and this membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional membership Reward Terms and Conditions.

3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 (9am) 16 September 2022 and 21:00 (9pm) 31 December 2022 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) attends and purchases food and drink at either the La Tua, farmshop restaurant and cafe or Shan Shui at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

4. The Reward is only open to Members who have not visited Bicester Village and scanned their membership QR code at Bicester Village (at any participating boutique or food and beverage vendor) within the last 180 days (from the 18 March 2021).

5. There is a maximum of one Reward per qualifying Member and there is a maximum of 1000 (one thousand) Rewards available. The Reward is provided on a first come first serve basis. Please check availability directly with at: MemberEnquiry@BicesterVillage.com.

6. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at either La Tua, farmshop restaurant and cafe or Shan Shui when you purchase food and drink make the Qualifying Transaction.

7. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, at either La Tua, farmshop restaurant and cafe or Shan Shui the relevant restaurant will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward

8. The Reward is personal to the original recipient Member and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be used for cash in part or full.

9. This Reward may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other discount or voucher.

10. This Reward may only be used to purchase food and drink up to the face value of the Reward and can be supplemented by cash or other means of payment if the price of the food and drink exceeds the face value of the Reward. Any shortfall must be paid for by the recipient. If the face value of the Reward is not used, the change will be forfeited.

11. The Reward is provided on our behalf by La Tua, farmshop restaurant and cafe or Shan Shui (as applicable), an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village

12. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no warranties or guarantee regarding, the food and drink (including, without limitation the quality thereof) obtained as a result of the Reward.

13. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

14. Bicester Village reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Reward for any reason at any time.
