THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS x CREED REWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFER A FRIEND

MAY / JUNE 2026

  1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by redeeming the Reward (as defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Reward Terms and Conditions”).

  2. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

  1. This Reward is offered to a randomly selected sample of approximately 6,000 of our active Level 3 Members that live in the UK who have received an invitation from us to participate. Eligible Members who have received the invitation are referred to in these Reward Terms and Conditions as “Referrers”,“Eligible Members”, “you”, “your”.

  2. A person introduced by a Referrer who joins the Bicester Village Membership Programme using the Referrer’s unique referral link, using an email address that has not previously been registered with the Bicester Village Membership Programme, is referred to as a “Referee”.

  3. Each Referrer will receive a unique referral link by email. The Referrer may share their unique referral link with prospective Referees through any means they choose (including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media). The Promoter does not limit the number of times the Referrer may share their unique referral link; however, the entitlement of any one Referrer to receive Rewards in respect of Qualifying Referrals is capped at five (5) Qualifying Referrals as set out below.

  4. A “Qualifying Referral” occurs when, during the Reward Redemption Period (as defined below), a Referee: (i) joins the Bicester Village Membership Programme using the Referrer’s unique referral link; (ii) makes at least one purchase (of any value) at any Bicester Village boutique or restaurant and scans their membership code at the point of purchase; and (iii) accepts these Reward Terms and Conditions in addition to the Membership Terms and Conditions.

  5. Both Referrers and Referees must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time the Reward is claimed.

  6. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Referrer or Referee. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Reward until eligibility has been verified.

Reward

  1. Subject to availability and to the conditions set out in these Reward Terms and Conditions, where a Qualifying Referral occurs, both the relevant Referrer and the relevant Referee will each be entitled to receive one (1) Creed Perfume Gift Set, being the Creed “Inspiration” gift set, consisting of five (5) 1.7mls of Creed fragrance samples (each, a “Reward”). The Reward is provided by Creed, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village (“Reward Supplier”).

  2. In addition to the Creed Perfume Gift Set, for each Qualifying Referral both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive fifty (50) bonus Stars (also referred to as “membership points”). This grant of fifty (50) bonus Stars to each of the Referrer and the Referee is guaranteed in respect of each Qualifying Referral and is not subject to availability. Stars are credited to the relevant member’s membership account in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions and have no cash value.

  3. The total number of Creed Perfume Gift Sets available across all Eligible Members and Referees under this Reward is limited to four hundred (400). Gift Sets will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis by reference to the date and time at which each Qualifying Referral is completed. Once four hundred (400) Gift Sets have been allocated, no further Gift Sets will be issued under this Reward. The Creed Perfume Gift Set component of the Reward is at all times subject to availability.

  4. If, at the time a Qualifying Referral is completed, all four hundred (400) Creed Perfume Gift Sets have already been allocated, the Creed Perfume Gift Set component of the Reward in respect of that Qualifying Referral will not be available. In that event, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive an additional one-hundred (100) bonus Stars (the “Substitute Stars”) in respect of that Qualifying Referral. The Substitute Stars are in addition to (and do not replace) the fifty (50) bonus Stars granted to each of the Referrer and the Referee under the preceding paragraph.

  5. The maximum number of Creed Perfume Gift Sets that any one Referrer may earn under this Reward is five (5), corresponding to the first five (5) Qualifying Referrals attributable to that Referrer. This cap is in addition to, and does not affect, the entitlement of each Referee to one (1) Creed Perfume Gift Set in respect of the Qualifying Referral by which they joined the Membership Programme. The Stars (including, where applicable, the Substitute Stars) granted under the preceding paragraphs will be awarded in respect of each of those first five (5) Qualifying Referrals on the same basis.

  6. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an invitation to participate in this Reward does not constitute a guarantee, entitlement, or representation that any particular Eligible Member will receive a Creed Perfume Gift Set. Creed Perfume Gift Sets are limited in number as set out above and are allocated subject to availability and on the first come, first-served basis described above. The fifty (50) Stars awarded to each of the Referrer and the Refereein respect of a Qualifying Referral remain guaranteed in all circumstances, regardless of availability of the Creed Perfume Gift Sets.

  7. Qualifying Referrals must be completed during the period from 09:00 GMT on 21 May 2026 to 23:59 GMT on 15 June 2026 inclusive (the “Reward Redemption Period”). Qualifying Referrals completed outside the Reward Redemption Period will not be eligible for the Reward.

  8. On the occurrence of a Qualifying Referral, both the relevant Referrer and the relevant Referee will receive a notification by email and (where the relevant member has enabled them on the Bicester Village mobile application) a push notification, confirming that they have unlocked the Reward.

  9. The Creed Perfume Gift Set must be claimed in person at the Creed boutique at Bicester Village. To claim the Creed Perfume Gift Set, the relevant Referrer or Referee must attend the Creed boutique in person and present their membership identification, which will be scanned at the point of redemption, and the Reward will be issued via the Coniq platform. The Creed Perfume Gift Set cannot be claimed online, by post, or by any person other than the relevant Referrer or Referee.

  10. All Creed Perfume Gift Sets must be claimed in person at the Creed boutique at Bicester Village on or before 23:59 GMT on 30 June 2026 (the “Collection Deadline”). Any Creed Perfume Gift Set that has not been claimed in person at the Creed boutique at Bicester Village by the Collection Deadline will be forfeited, and neither the Promoter nor the Reward Supplier will have any obligation to provide the unclaimed Creed Perfume Gift Set, or any substitute for it, after the Collection Deadline. The bonus Stars (and, where applicable, the Substitute Stars) granted in respect of each Qualifying Referral are not affected by the Collection Deadline.

  11. The Reward is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability.

  12. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered.

  13. We reserve the right to modify the Reward at our discretion without prior notice.

  14. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Reward for a similar reward, or to replace the Reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

  15. Any costs or expenses that are incidental to redemption of the Reward (including but not limited to travel to and from Bicester Village) will be at the Eligible Member’s expense.

  16. Rewards supplied by a third-party Reward Supplier may be subject to that supplier’s respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including ingredient and fragrance allergen information, directly with the Reward Supplier.

  17. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Reward where reasonable necessary. Where possible, we will provide notice of any material changes.

  18. We may refuse to provide any Reward, or remove you from our Membership Programme, at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse of this Reward. This includes (without limitation) creating duplicate accounts, self-referrals, referrals between members of the same household or other connected persons, or any other coordinated activity intended to claim Rewards fraudulently.

  19. Eligible Members must comply with all rules and directions when claiming a Reward. The Promoter and the Reward Supplier reserve the right to exclude any Referrer or Referee from participating in the Reward for failing to follow directions, behaving dangerously, acting anti-socially, or causing a disturbance.

Personal Data

  1. You may need to share your personal information with us and the Reward Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to redeem the Reward. Where, as part of an introduction, you provide us with personal information about a Referee (such as a name or email address), you confirm that you have the Referee’s consent to do so. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Reward will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.

General

  1. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward, to anyone in breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

  2. We will administer this Reward fairly and will take reasonable steps to ensure that Eligible Members and Referees are not misled as to their entitlements. In particular, when the limit of four hundred (400) Creed Perfume Gift Sets has been reached we will (i) mark the Creed Perfume Gift Set as “out of stock” on the Bicester Village mobile application and member dashboard; and (ii) use reasonable endeavours to notify by push notification those Eligible Members and Referees who have at that point signed up to membership, so that participants are aware that the Substitute Stars arrangement set out above will apply to any subsequent Qualifying Referrals.

  3. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, and their respective agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, their agents or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  4. We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we nor the Reward Supplier, nor our affiliated companies, are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of the Reward.

  5. This Reward is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By participating in this Reward, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Reward.

  6. Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Reward will be the Eligible Member’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

  7. We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) will supply the Reward as described in these Reward Terms and Conditions, but we accept no responsibility or liability for any use of the Reward.

  8. These Reward Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
