Bicester Village Annual Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Ladurée Paris 

  1. These terms apply to the offer of two (2) macarons from Ladurée Paris (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Annual Membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. Members will be eligible for the Reward between 9.00 (9am) 1 March 2023 and 18:00 (6pm) 29 February 2024 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member") scans their membership code twice (two purchases, one scan per purchase) at the Bicester Village boutiques during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Qualifying Transactions excludes scans at the food and beverage outlets at Bicester Village.

  4. Members who become eligible for the Reward by completing the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period may redeem the Reward until Sunday 31 March 2024.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member and excludes gold and silver macarons. Please check stock availability directly with from Ladurée Paris.

  6. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Ladurée Paris when you have made the Qualifying Transaction.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Ladurée Paris, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  8. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
