Bicester Village Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Food and Beverage Late Nights offer

  1. These terms apply to the offer of 10% off food and drink at participating food and beverage outlet, Grind, farmshop, Cecconi’s, Laduree, Verolatte, XO Chocolate, The Festive Hut, Oliphant & Pomeroy, London Grade Coffee, Holy Carrot, Creperie Angelie, Shan Shui, Veuve Clicquot and La Tua Pasta (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Monthly Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 7pm – 10pm each evening on the 19th , 20th and 21st December the (“Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a purchase at one of the participating food outlets at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. The following exclusions apply.

a. 10% applies to food only at farmshop, Cecconis, La Tua and Shan Shui; b. 10% applies only to drinks at Veuve Clicquot; and c. For the avoidance of doubt, Itsu, Ralph’s Coffee and Pret A Manger are excluded from the promotion.

  1. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at the food outlet when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  2. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the food outlet will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward

  3. The Reward is provided on our behalf by the independent retailers operating at Bicester Village

  4. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  5. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
