This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).

Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Treat Terms and Conditions.

The Treat which forms part of this Offer is a complimentary Smiley® sticker pack from Smiley® kiosk at Bicester Village.

The Treat is available on one occasion only to all Membership members who make a scan their membership code at Smiley® at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

This Offer is restricted to one per person. There is a maximum of 2,000 units in total - please check stock availability directly with Smiley® prior to purchase.

The Offer is available for redemption from 9am on 14 July 2022 to 7pm on 25 September 2022 (the “Offer Period”).

The Treat can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at the Smiley® pop up boutique.

The Treat is provided on our behalf by Smiley® an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village.

We have arranged this offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained using the Treat Invitation.
