Bicester Village Members Week Reward Terms and Conditions – Bang & Olufsen

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a complimentary Bang & Olufsen bottle opener from Bang & Olufsen (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Members’ Week Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 10:00am (10:00) 26 May 2023 and 7pm (19:00) 11 June 2023 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a purchase of £499 or more in a single transaction at the Bang & Olufsen boutique at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 50 Rewards available). Please check stock availability directly with Bang & Olufsen prior to purchase.

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Bang & Olufsen when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the Bang & Olufsen boutique will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Bang & Olufsen an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  8. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
