Bicester Village Membership Reward Terms and Conditions Beaute Prestige Boutique

  1. This offer (“Offer”) to receive a reward (“Reward”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).

  2. Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is one 15 minute consultation from the Beaute Prestige (choice of skincare/make up or fragrance). At the Beaute Prestige boutique at Bicester Village, plus 1 complimentary gift as detailed in the email and or push notification or Membership dashboard. Appointment may be required, please see the Beaute Prestige boutique staff for details.

  4. The Reward is available on one occasion only to all membership members who make a purchase of £500 or more at the Bicester Village boutiques and restaurants during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Please note that purchases of Bicester Village Gift Cards are not Qualifying Transactions.

  5. This Reward is restricted to one per person.

  6. The Reward is available for redemption from 5 July 2022 to 28 February 2023 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

  7. The Reward can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at the Beaute Boutique when you receive confirmation via email, push notification or via the Membership dashboard that you have qualified.

  8. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Beaute Prestige an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  9. . In the event that the Offer or the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  10. We have arranged this Offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Offer.

  11. These Terms and Conditions do not create a contractual relationship between you and us.

  12. The Offer is personal to the qualifying member only and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
