The Apartment Housekeeping Rules and Code of Conduct
We look forward to welcoming you to The Apartment, the Village’s exclusive retreat for our most valued and supportive guests. We wish for you to enjoy the best possible experience during your visit, so please take a moment to read our guidelines.
-
Access to The Apartment is by appointment only and on a limited basis. Please book at least 48 hours in advance of your visit; if you book on the day of your intended visit, limited services may be available and there is the possibility that we may not be able to accommodate you.
-
We ask that you please inform us if you are unable to attend on the day you have booked, or if your timings have changed. If you arrive later than your booked time, this may affect scheduling and impact the quality of your visit to The Apartment.
-
We aim to provide a luxury experience in The Apartment, so during busy periods bookings may be reduced to 30 minutes to help accommodate other guests and ensure a spacious environment and enjoyable time for all.
-
Please be advised that access to our Private Client services is discretionary. To maintain the exceptional standards and quality of our guest services, we regularly review and reserve the right to amend benefits and access.
-
Access to The Apartment is exclusively for invited guests and their friends or family. We ask that guests are always accompanied by the individual who made the booking and that access is not extended or shared with other individuals.
-
The Apartment is intended to be an area of tranquil relaxation, so we ask that you and your guests please be considerate and you encourage children to be well-behaved. Children should not be left unattended at The Apartment while parents or guardians shop.
-
To respect our relaxed environment, we ask that mobile phones are set to silent mode and any necessary calls are not disruptive to other guests.
-
We ask that all audio devices are only played through headphones and are not audible to other guests.
-
We ask that you respect the privacy of other guests in The Apartment and refrain from photographing them or in any way identifying or referring to them in the press or social media, including Facebook, Instagram and personal blogs.
-
The Apartment is not a working area, therefore we ask that guests do not use laptops during their visit in order to fully enjoy the leisurely ambience.
-
Please do not leave valuables in The Apartment other than in the cloakroom. Any unattended items remain your responsibility and are left at your own risk.
-
We respectfully remind guests that smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area, which is on the balcony.
-
Dogs are welcome in The Apartment, but we ask that they are accompanied by their owners at all times. Please do not allow your dog onto the furniture.
-
Please be respectful of The Apartment environment and our team. Any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave the premises.
