THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS x THE VILLAGE VAULT ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

2. “Member” means a current member of the Bicester Village Membership Programme. References to “you” and “your” are to a Member.

3. “Event Period” means the period notified for a particular Participating Brand sample sale within The Village Vault.

4. “Participating Brands” means the third party brands whose products are offered for sale within The Village Vault from time to time (“Products”).

5. “The Village Vault” means the temporary Members’-only Boutique at Bicester Village, offering access to selected sample, archive, past-season and other Products supplied by Participating Brands.

6. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”). By accessing The Village Vault, you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“The Village Vault Terms and Conditions”).

7. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

8. Access is personal to the Member and may not be transferred, sold, auctioned or otherwise made available to another person.

9. To access The Village Vault, Members must present and scan their Membership QR code at the entrance.

10. Priority, advance or exclusive access arrangements, together with any applicable booking windows, access periods or time slots, may vary by Membership level and will be communicated through the relevant Membership channel, invitation or Eventbrite booking page. Private Client Members will need to contact the PCS team at MemberEnquiry@BicesterVillage.com to request assistance with making an Eventbrite booking on their behalf.

11. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and Membership status and may refuse or withhold access until eligibility has been verified.

12. Access is subject to availability, venue capacity, safety requirements and any reasonable operational restrictions.

13. Admission will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving an invitation or satisfying the eligibility requirements does not guarantee immediate admission.

14. Where The Village Vault has reached capacity, Members may be required to queue or return later.

Products, Availability and Purchase Limits

15. Products available within The Village Vault are supplied by Participating Brands and sold by Bicester Village on their behalf.

16. Products may include samples, archive stock, past-season products, display items, one-off pieces and products with minor imperfections.

17. All Products are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Access does not guarantee the availability of any particular product, size, colour, style or discount.

18. Some Products may sell out before the end of the Event Period. No guarantee is given that Products will remain available throughout the Event Period.

19. Unless a lower limit is displayed or otherwise notified, a Member may purchase a maximum of five (5) of the same item during each visit to The Village Vault. We may impose product-specific, category-specific or transaction-specific purchase limits, and Products may not be reserved, placed on hold or set aside.

20. We may refuse a transaction where we reasonably believe that a Member is attempting to exceed or circumvent a purchase limit, purchase for unauthorised resale, reserve Products contrary to these terms, or otherwise misuse access to The Village Vault.

Prices and Discounts

21. Prices and discounts for each sample sale will be as displayed or otherwise notified during the relevant Event Period. The Village Vault operates on a cashless basis, and payment may only be made using accepted card or other electronic payment methods.

22. Prices displayed in The Village Vault are final and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, Membership benefit, VIP discount, brand loyalty discount or other offer, unless expressly stated.

23. Each Event Period is subject to change. Participating Brand events taking place within The Village Vault may vary from those advertised. Prices and discount levels may also change during the relevant Event Period. A revised price applies only from the time it is displayed. A Member who purchased a Product before a subsequent price change will not be entitled to a refund, credit or price adjustment for the difference, unless required by law.

Returns and Exchanges

24. Products are supplied by Participating Brands and sold by Bicester Village on their behalf. Bicester Village will process payment and issue the purchase receipt. The receipt may identify Bicester Village and/or the relevant Participating Brand, and may include details relevant to after-sales enquiries, returns, exchanges or refunds.

25. All sales are final and Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to any change of mind. Nothing in these Village Vault Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

26. Any after-sales enquiries should be directed to Bicester Village using the contact details on the purchase receipt or at __MemberEnquiry@BicesterVillage.com,__ unless otherwise notified at the point of sale. Proof of purchase may be required.

Photography and Conduct

27. Photography, filming, video or audio recording, livestreaming and any other form of recording is strictly prohibited within The Village Vault unless expressly authorised by Bicester Village.

28. Members must comply with all rules and reasonable instructions given by Bicester Village staff, venue personnel and security personnel.

29. We may refuse admission or require a Member to leave The Village Vault where that person fails to follow reasonable instructions, behaves dangerously, abusively, unlawfully, anti-socially or disruptively, attempts to obtain unauthorised access, breaches a purchase limit, or is reasonably suspected of fraud or misuse.

Changes, Suspension and Withdrawal

30. We may change opening hours, restrict or suspend access, change the Participating Brands, or withdraw The Village Vault where reasonably necessary, including for safety, security, capacity, operational reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

31. We will not be responsible for any loss, cost or expense arising from a change, suspension, restriction or withdrawal of The Village Vault except where required by law.

32. Bicester Village may update these Village Vault Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect operational, safety, legal or regulatory requirements.

General

33. We reserve the right to refuse entry or withdraw access from anyone who breaches these Village Vault Terms and Conditions.

34. Nothing in these Village Vault Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.

35. These Village Vault Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If there is any inconsistency between these Village Vault Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, these Village Vault Terms and Conditions will prevail only in relation to access to and use of The Village Vault.
