Terms and Conditions for members of ALL – Summer Double Points Offer
The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of the members of Accor Live Limitless (“ALL”) (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:
1. Period of Promotion:
a. This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 9 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (inclusive) only, and is available 7 days a week (the “Period of Promotion”).
2. Participating Villages:
a. This promotional offer is available at: Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, Kildare Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Fidenza Village, and Maasmechelen Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and individually a “Participating Village”).
3. Double Points Offer:
a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: i. proof of their ALL membership, together with their invitation to this promotional offer; and ii. their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) purchased by a Member at a Participating Village, on the same calendar day, which amount to a collective minimum spend of €/£500, and up to a collective maximum spend of €/£5000, (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive four (4) ALL Reward Points instead of the usual two (2) ALL Reward Points for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Points Offer”).
b. Claims for this Double Points Offer can be made:
i. at the Guest Concierge in the relevant Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Subject to paragraph 3(b)(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Points Offer.
d. Multiple redemptions of this Double Points Offer by Members are permitted. The spend thresholds set out at paragraph 3a(ii) above are applicable to, and reset in relation to, each redemption.
e. This Double Points Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4b below.
4. General
a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: i. enable the Double Points Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 4b below).
All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: www.TheBicesterCollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/ and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed here:
b. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for ALL Reward Points. Where a Member has applied for ALL Reward Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of ALL Reward Points is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the ALL Reward Points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of three (3) ALL Reward Points for every £5 or €5 spent. Neither the Double Points Offer nor any other award of ALL Reward Points will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any ALL Reward Points under the Double Points Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
d. The right to benefit from the Double Points Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
e. The Double Points Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with the Double Points Offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
f. The benefits granted by the Double Points Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Double Points Offer for any reason at any time.
h. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of either of the Double Points Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Double Points Offer.
