Terms and Conditions for Cathay Members

The following promotional offers are provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail") for Cathay members (each a “Member”, together the “Members”). The terms and conditions applicable to these offers are as follows.

1. Period of Promotion:

1.1. These promotional offers are valid during the following periods (the “Campaign Periods”): • Munich Village (New Route Campaign): June 16 to August 31, 2025 • Brussels Village (New Route Campaign): August 3 to October 31, 2025 • All Villages in Europe (Summer Campaign): July 1 to August 31, 2025

2. Participating Villages

2.1. These promotional offers may be redeemed once per Member at one of the following participating villages: Bicester Village in London, Ingolstadt Village in Munich, Wertheim Village in Frankfurt, La Roca Village in Barcelone, Las Rozas Village in Madrid, Kildare Village in Dublin, Fidenza Village Milan, Maasmechelen Village in Brussels, and La Vallée Village in Paris (together, the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).

3. Double/Triple Asia Miles Offers

3.1. During the applicable Campaign Period, a Member who makes Qualifying Purchases up to a maximum spend of £/€5,000 at one or more Participating Villages (including food and beverages) and presents: 3.1.1. Proof of Cathay membership and 3.1.2. Receipts for the Qualifying Purchases, is entitled to the following Asia Miles offers (in lieu of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per £/€1):

Triple Asia Miles (3.75 miles per £/€1):

  • Munich Village: June 16 – August 31, 2025
  • Brussels Village: August 3 – October 31, 2025
  • All Villages in Europe (as part of Summer Campaign): Munich (July 1 – August 31, 2025), Brussels (August 3 – August 31, 2025)

Double Asia Miles (2.5 miles per £/€1):

  • All other Participating Villages in Europe from July 1 – August 31, 2025, excluding the triple Asia Miles dates for Munich and Brussels.

3.2. Each New Member may redeem each applicable offer only once per calendar month, within the spending cap of €5,000.

3.3. In addition to Asia Miles offers, eligible Members are also entitled to the following additional privileges:

Munich Village (June 16, 2025 – February 28, 2026)

  • EVIP 10% discount
  • Free Shopping Express booking
  • Hands-free shopping service
  • Access to the Apartment (Business class passengers only)

Brussels Village: Additional privileges to be confirmed.

3.4. Asia Miles claims under this promotion can be made: 3.4.1. At the Guest Concierge in the Participating Village on the same day of Qualifying Purchases; or 3.4.2. Within 24 hours of Qualifying Purchases via digital submission at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs

3.5. No retrospective Asia Miles claims will be accepted except as set out in clause 3.4.2 above.

  1. General

4.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process personal data (which may include names, membership numbers (or partial numbers), transactional spend, location of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile number, and other contact details as required by Value Retail, its partners or participating boutiques) in order to facilitate the redemption of these offers. 4.2. Value Retail reserves the right to decline any Asia Miles claim in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

4.3. These promotional offers are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient of the promotional email. The promotional email may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed.

4.4. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or special offers, except for The Bicester Collection “Private Sale” event. Receipts used for these offers cannot be reused for other loyalty programme claims.

4.5. The benefits provided by these promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.6. Value Retail reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any or all of these promotional offers at any time.

4.7. Value Retail accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by any Cathay member (whether New Member or existing member) arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these offers, or from the member’s failure or inability to take advantage of them.
