Terms and Conditions for Emirates Skywards Members

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Emirates Skywards Members only (each a “Member”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion:

a. The Emirates Skywards Miles Offers, namely the Double Miles Offer and the Triple Miles Offers detailed below are available to Members seven (7) days a week during the period 2 June 2023 – 13 August 2023 only.

2. Double Miles Offer:

a. The Double Miles Offer is available at Bicester Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village and La Vallee Village (collectively the “Double Miles Participating Villages”). b. Members who present: i. their Emirates Skywards membership card together with their invitation to this Double Miles Offer at a Double Miles Participating Village; and ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases (being goods (including food and beverages) purchased by a Member at a Double Miles Participating Village; shall be entitled to receive two (2) Emirates Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Emirates Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Miles Offer”). c. Claims for this Double Miles Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Miles Offer. d. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4b below. e. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who qualify to receive either Triple Miles Offer #1 or Triple Miles Offer #2.

3. Triple Miles Offers:

a. The following Triple Miles Offer #1 is available at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, La Roca Village and Ingolstadt Village (the “Triple Miles Offer #1 Villages”) for Members who present: i. their Emirates Skywards membership card together with their invitation to this Triple Miles Offer #1; and ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages) purchased by a Member at a Triple Miles Offer #1 Village) which amount to a collective minimum of €/£2,500; shall be entitled to receive three (3) Emirates Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Emirates Skywards Miles for every €1/£1 spent (“Triple Miles Offer #1”). b. The following Triple Miles Offer #2 is available at Fidenza Village, Las Rozas Village, Maasmechelen Village, Wertheim Village and Kildare Village (the “Triple Miles Offer #2 Villages”) for Members who present: i. their Emirates Skywards membership card together with their invitation to this Triple Miles Offer #2; and ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages) purchased by a Member at a Triple Miles Offer #2 Village) which amount to a collective minimum of €/£1,000; shall be entitled to receive three (3) Emirates Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Emirates Skywards Miles for every €1 spent (“Triple Miles Offer #2”). c. Claims for the Triple Miles Offer #1 and the Triple Miles Offer #2 can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with Triple Miles Offer #1 and Triple Miles Offer #2. d. The Triple Miles Offer #1 and the Triple Miles Offer #2 are not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4b below.

4. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: i. enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at any of the Double Miles Participating Villages, the Triple Miles Offer #1 Villages or the Triple Miles Offer #2 Villages, to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraphs 4b below). All collection and processing of such personal data by Value retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: www.TheBicesterCollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/ b. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in any of the Double Miles Participating Villages, the Triple Miles Offer #1 Villages or the Triple Miles Offer #2 Villages, which is redeemed for Emirates Skywards Miles. Where a Member has applied for Emirates Skywards Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the any of the Double Miles Participating Villages, the Triple Miles Offer #1 Villages or the Triple Miles Offer #2 Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Emirates Skywards Miles is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Emirates Skywards Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of two (2) Emirates Skywards Miles for every £5 or €5 spent. The Double Miles Offer, Triple Miles Offer #1 and the Triple Miles Offer #2 will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold. c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Emirates Skywards under the Double Miles Offer, Triple Miles Offer #1 or the Triple Miles Offer #2 in cases of actual or suspected fraud. d. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. e. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. f. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash. g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time. h. Value Retail will not be liable to a Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of a Member to take advantage of this promotional offer. i.
