Terms and Conditions for Enrich Members

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Enrich members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion

a. This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 15 May 2025 to 14 June 2025 only (the “Period of Promotion”), and is available 7 days a week.

2. Double Points Offer

a. This promotional offer is available at one of: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; or La Vallée Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and individually a “Participating Village”).

b. Members who, during the Period of Promotion:

i. spend:
(i) £/€300 or more at Bicester Village or La Vallée Village; or
(ii) €200 or more at Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village or Maasmechelen Village; and

ii. present proof of their Enrich membership card together with their invitation to this promotional offer; and

iii. present their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) made by that Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”),

shall be entitled to receive two (2) Enrich Points instead of the usual one (1) Enrich Point for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Points Offer”).

c. Claims for this Double Points Offer can only be made:
i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link:

d. Subject to paragraph 2(c)(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Points Offer.

3. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable the Double Points Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member.

b. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here:

and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here:

c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Enrich Points under the Double Points Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

d. The right to benefit from the Double Points Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

e. The Double Points Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with the Double Points Offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.

f. The benefits granted by the Double Points Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Double Points Offer for any reason at any time.

h. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Double Points Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Double Points Offer.
