SUMMER CAMPAIGN FOR MELIÁ REWARDS MEMBERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Melia Hotels’ "MeliáRewards" members on the MeliáRewards White, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Tier only (each a “Member” and together “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:

1.1. This promotional offer (the "Offer") is available to Members during the period 10 July 2026 to 10 September 2026 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”) and is available during the opening times/days of the Villages specified in this offer during the Period of Promotion.

2. Participating Villages

2.1. This promotional Offer is available at: Bicester Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, La Vallée Village, Las Rozas Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Members who register as a member of The Bicester Collection’s “Membership” loyalty programme and access the relevant Participating Village’s Membership app will be able to access exclusive Membership benefits (which may vary by Participating Village and can include benefits such as earning stars, treats and rewards, special surprises, and access to member-exclusive sales and events).

3.2. Members of MeliáRewards’: 3.2.1. Silver Tier will also be able to access the same benefits as Classic White Tier plus the complimentary Hands-Free Shopping service; 3.2.2. Gold Tier will be able to access the same benefits as White and Silver Tier Members plus complimentary Personal Shopping Service. 3.2.3. Platinum Tier will be able to access the same benefits as Gold Tier Members plus complimentary access to The Apartment. 3.3. The Hands-Free Shopping service, access to The Apartment, and Personal Shopping Service are each subject to availability by Participating Village and must be booked in advance. 3.4. 4. General

4.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: 4.1.1. enable the Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and 4.2. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here:

4.3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award redemption of the Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 4.4. The right to benefit from the Offer is personal to the recipient of an offer email/invitation, and may not be transferred. The offer email/invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 4.5. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. 4.6. The benefits granted by the Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. 4.7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Offer for any reason at any time. 4.8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Offer. 4.9.
